At NAF, our main focus is making weight-loss and weight-management  fun and easy.  Each student is given the opportunity to chose and experience many different activities which will help you to maintain physical fitness and have fun while doing it.  A few of these activities are hiking, exploring, yoga, sight seeing, swimming, snow and water skiing, and tennis. 

 There are also many leisure time activities  such as movies, dining out, shopping jewelry making, and scrap booking to name a few.  We also have a Super Activity once a week where our main goal is to just go and have fun.  You will also have personal time to do your own thing because we realize that sometimes you just need to relax or be alone.

 Our staff members are caring, outgoing, & fun, and are dedicated to making your experience at NAF a memorable one.  They will work with you to find which activities for physical fitness you like best as well as help you to discover and develop new hobbies.  They will listen to you and not push you to do anything which you feel you can’t or don’t want to do.
