Exercise is fun at NAF. Really! We have a different cardiovascular class everyday of the week. Kick boxing, step class, dance class, circuit training, and interval class. These cardio classes are a great way to burn calories. You will step, kick, and hop your way to a slimmer body. Our instructors are really fun and creative, making each class new and exciting.
Heart rates are monitored throughout the class to help each girl get the most effective cardiovascular workout. NAF girls are trained to take and calculate their own heart rate. This will allow you to workout in your training zone and increase your cardiovascular fitness.

Along with burning calories and strengthening your heart and lungs, at NAF you will strengthen and tone your total body. A daily strength training class with a personal trainer will help you achieve all of your muscle goals. Alternating between upper and lower body workout days gives each girl the time to work each muscle properly.
As muscle increases and fat decreases, your metabolic rate will increase. This means that you will burn more calories and lose more weight.
Flexibility is an important component of fitness. NAF girls enjoy a nightly stretching and relaxation class. This class is a great way to become more flexible, loosen tight muscles, and prepare for a relaxed night of sleep.
Youll find that exercise at NAF is FUN. Believe it or not, you will learn to love to work out.
