When you arrive at campus, you will sit down with one of our coaches and plan out your trail to success. You will set goals that both you and your coach feel will most help you achieve the results and changes you would like to reach while at NAF.
A huge tool to help you monitor and evaluate your progress will be your weekly progress report. At the end of each week, you and your coach will take some time to see what you accomplished during that week. This will be one of your greatest sources of inspiration and motivation. Imagine how good it will feel each week as you see the weight and inches youve lost, the strength and endurance youve built, and the confidence youve gained while doing it. Your parents will be able to celebrate your success with you as they receive a copy of your progress report each week. Youll find that this will be one of the events that you look forward to the most while at NAF.
